Validity

All gift vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of issue. After this period, the voucher will automatically expire.

Payment

In the restaurant, by cash or card, or by bank transfer if you are unable to visit in person.

Official Voucher Card

Each voucher includes an official restaurant card, signed and stamped, with a unique reference number. The card is essential to redeem the voucher. Proofs of payment or transfer confirmations will not be accepted and, without the official card, the voucher cannot be used.

The card is provided immediately when purchased at the restaurant or sent after payment by bank transfer.

Terms of Use

A prior reservation must be made with the restaurant, during which any allergies, intolerances, or ingredients you prefer to avoid must be communicated so we can personalise your experience to the highest standard.

If the voucher is for either of the two tasting menus, it must be enjoyed by the entire table.
