Validity

VGift vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.

Once this period has expired, the voucher will no longer be valid and cannot be used or redeemed.

Payment

Payment can be made at the restaurant, through our website, or by bank transfer if you are unable to visit us personally.

Official Voucher Card

Each voucher includes an official restaurant voucher, signed and stamped, with a unique identification number, which will be sent online to the purchaser.

The presentation of this official voucher is essential in order to redeem it. Payment receipts or bank transfer screenshots will not be accepted as a substitute for the official voucher.

Without presentation of the official voucher, it cannot be redeemed.

The voucher will be provided to the customer immediately after the purchase has been completed.

Terms of Use

Reservations must be made in advance with the restaurant. At the time of booking, guests must inform us of any allergies, intolerances, or ingredients they do not wish to have, allowing us to personalise the experience as much as possible.

When a voucher is used for either of the two menus, the menu must be taken by the entire table.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable under any circumstances. They may only be redeemed at the restaurant for food and beverages. If the amount consumed is lower than the value of the voucher, the difference will not be paid out, refunded, or carried forward for future visits.
