Validity

Vouchers will be valid for the period indicated on the card, starting from the date of purchase. Once this period has expired, the voucher will expire and will no longer be valid for use or redemption..

Payment

In the restaurant, by cash or card, or by bank transfer if you are unable to visit in person.

Official Voucher Card

Each voucher includes an official restaurant card, signed and stamped, with a unique serial number. Presentation of this card is mandatory in order to redeem the voucher.

Proof of payment, bank transfer receipts, or screenshots of transfers will not be accepted as a substitute for the official card. Without presentation of the card, the voucher cannot be used. The card will be provided immediately when the purchase is made directly at the restaurant or will be sent to the customer once the bank transfer has been received and confirmed.

Terms of Use

A prior reservation must be made with the restaurant, during which any allergies, intolerances, or ingredients you prefer to avoid must be communicated so we can personalise your experience to the highest standard.

If the voucher is for either of the two tasting menus, it must be enjoyed by the entire table.

If you would like, I can also adapt it to a more refined fine-dining tone suitable for an upscale restaurant website.

*Purchased vouchers are non-refundable under any circumstances. Vouchers may only be redeemed at the restaurant for food and beverage purchases. If the total amount consumed is less than the voucher value, the remaining balance will not be refunded, credited, or carried forward for future use.
